What we collect
At launch, drugtest.co operates with no personally identifying information collected. There are no user accounts, no real-time form submissions, and no behavioral cookies.
If a buyer enables the documented analytics integration (Plausible — cookieless, EU-hosted), the analytics tool collects aggregate, non-identifying metrics about traffic (pages viewed, referrer, device class, country). No personally identifying information is captured, no cross-site tracking occurs, and no third-party cookies are set.
Forms
The site presents lead and newsletter forms in editorial scaffolding. At launch these forms are inert — submissions are logged to the browser console and never sent to a server. A future buyer who wires these forms to a CRM or ESP will be required to publish an updated privacy notice describing the data flow before activating them.
Affiliate and provider links
Where the site displays third-party provider listings with affiliate links, clicking those links takes you to the provider's site, which has its own privacy policy. drugtest.co does not transfer your data to those providers.
Server logs
Static hosting (Cloudflare Pages by default) logs basic request metadata for operational reliability and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are retained by the hosting provider per its policy and are not used by drugtest.co for any marketing or profiling purposes.
Children
drugtest.co does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Some content (e.g., parent-facing at-home testing guidance) is aimed at adults supporting minors, not at minors directly.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data at launch, there is no personal data to request, correct, or delete. If a future buyer activates the form rails and collects personal data, the updated policy will describe the applicable rights (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the top of this page and, where significant, called out in a banner at the top of the site for at least 30 days following the change.
Contact
drugtest.co is pre-launch and the site itself is offered for sale via Escrow.com. Once acquired, the new operator will publish a contact channel for privacy questions on the contact page.
