SAMHSA

SAMHSA is the U.S. federal agency responsible for behavioral-health programs and for publishing the Mandatory Guidelines that govern federally regulated workplace drug testing. SAMHSA also operates the National Helpline (1-800-662-HELP) for substance use treatment referrals.
